Stephanie Stinson | Old Town Advocates

Stephanie Stinson is a senior associate at Old Town Advocates, P.C., where she practices all areas of family law. She handles cases involving divorce, custody, visitation, child support, and protective order matters. As a certified Guardian ad Litem, Stephanie also represents children in custody, visitation, abuse, neglect, and delinquency cases.

In 2020, she received the Guardian ad Litem of the Year Award in the Prince William County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

Before joining Old Town Advocates, Stephanie practiced family law for several years and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Steven S. Smith of the Prince William County Circuit Court. She attended Regent University School of Law and was the Notes and Comments Editor on the Law Review and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude in Philosophy/Pre-Law from the University of Mary Washington.

Outside of work, she is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Manassas Battlefield and enjoys serving the youth in her community. Stephanie resides in Bristow with her cats, Deborah and Sylvia.
